HUGBUDS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Overview: 30-day returns, no questions asked. We cover shipping if it's our fault (damaged/defective). You cover shipping if you changed your mind. Refunds take 1-3 days after we receive your return. Email us first - we're here to help at support@hugbuds.co.
We want you to genuinely love your Hug Bud. If something's not right, we're here to sort it out.

How long do I have to return something?
30 days from when it arrives at your door.
Can I return it if I just don't like it?
Yes. If it's not working for you, send it back within 30 days.
How do I start a return?
Contact us within 30 days with:
• Your order number
• What you're returning
• Photos of the packaging and product (helps us process things faster)
We'll send you a return label and instructions. Just make sure everything's in its original condition with all packaging intact.
Who pays for return shipping?
Our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item): We cover it. We'll send you a prepaid label.
Your call (changed your mind, wrong size/color): You cover the return shipping.
When do I get my refund?
Once your return hits our warehouse: 1-3 business days to process.
Can I exchange for a different one?
Normally, we don't do direct exchanges, but reach out anyway. We'll figure out a solution together.
What if it arrives damaged or broken?
Contact us with:
• Order number
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
We'll get it sorted quickly.
The box looks beaten up but the product seems fine?
Ask the courier to note the damage before you sign. Covers you if issues come up later.
The package is properly destroyed?
Refuse delivery - it'll come back to us automatically.
Message us right away and we'll send a replacement.
